Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through Go My Trails. By confirming a booking, customers agree to the following cancellation terms.

2. Customer Cancellation Policy

To maintain operational efficiency and supplier commitments, the following cancellation terms apply:

7 Days or More Before Travel Date:

  • Customers may cancel the booking at least 7 days before the scheduled travel date.
  • Eligible for refund after applicable deductions such as processing fees, payment gateway charges, or non-refundable supplier costs.

Less Than 7 Days Before Travel Date:

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the travel date are non-refundable.

Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show:

  • No refund will be provided.

3. Non-Refundable Components

Certain services may remain non-refundable including:

  • Special promotional bookings
  • Customized itineraries already confirmed
  • Third-party supplier non-refundable charges

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed via original payment method where possible.
  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days depending on financial institutions.

5. Cancellation by Go My Trails

In rare cases, we may cancel or modify bookings due to:

  • Safety concerns
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Operational issues

In such cases, alternative arrangements or applicable refunds will be offered.
